…noticed one time that people who keep their to-do lists in a notebook
tend to be highly productive. At least they seem like they get a whole lot

I’m the exception, for sure. I use Todoist like a freaking ninja… it’s
one of the few things that are always open on both my computers and my
phone, and push notifications (task reminders) are fully allowed.

I even used Zapier to connect my Google Calendar to Todoist. So, anything
that gets added to my calendar, also shows up as a todoist task.

There was a learning curve, for sure. But I’m completely immersed and fully
committed to it. And it’s one of the key tools that I need to keep me
productive and proactive with my time, versus reactive and unproductive.
